正しい症例報告の書き方（BMJのテンプレートより）

臨床医が初めて書く論文は症例報告（case report）ではないでしょうか。良いcase reportのかき方についてBMJが推奨しているテンプレートなどが見れるページがあるので紹介します。

そもそも症例報告すべきものとして以下のものがあげられています。
Reminder of important clinical lesson
Findings that shed new light on the possible pathogenesis of a disease or an adverse effect
Learning from errors
Unusual presentation of more common disease/injury
Myth exploded
Rare disease
New disease
Novel diagnostic procedure
Novel treatment (new drug/intervention; established drug/procedure in new situation)
Unusual association of diseases/symptoms
Unexpected outcome (positive or negative) including adverse drug reactions

症例報告の形でしか伝えられないことも多々あると思いますし、臨床家からみた詳細な報告はそれ相応の含蓄とインパクトがあると思います。Case Report侮るなかれということですね。
