一枚刷り布ポスターで学会へ（powerpoint templateを参考に）

これまで「持っていくの大変だし、、、」と思ってポスター発表あまりやったことなかったのですが、今度の国際学会に折りたためる布のポスターを用意したかったため一枚刷りポスターにチャレンジしています。
レイアウトどうしようと思ったのですが、グーグル検索するとフリーのパワーポイント学会ポスターテンプレートが沢山出てくるのでそれを参考に作成中です。印刷も予想以上に安くあがりそうですし、なによりポスターが残るのが良いですね。楽しみです！

何でもつかめるUniversal Robotic Gripper

何でもつかめるロボットアームの開発論文です。（動画はこちら）まるでどらえもんの手のようですね。仕組みはそれほど複雑でないようなので、いつかリハ分野でも応用される日が来るのではと思います。

中枢性低ナトリウム血症（cerebral salt wasting syndrome，CSWS）

頭部外傷やくも膜下出血後の低Naは中枢性低ナトリウム血症（cerebral salt wasting syndrome，CSWS）であることが多いのですが、SIADHと診断されて治療されているのをよく見かけます。
CSWSはホルモン系などチェックしてもその機序がはっきりしないことがほとんどですが、塩も水も漏れる病態ですので飲水制限せずに塩もしっかり入れるのが有効です。尿中Naをみると結構Naがもれてしまっているのがわかります。コントロール難しければフロリネフなどの鉱質コルチコイドを使用するとうまくいきます。回復期の現場で低Naが遷延してリハビリ進まないという場面も時々経験します。皆さんのまわりにはこのような症例いませんでしょうか。

慈恵臨床疫学研究室クリニカルリサーチコース募集

東京慈恵医大臨床疫学研究室のクリニカルリサーチコースが募集開始したとのことです。11/6-3/26まで計10回、隔週土曜日午後2時間のみのコースで参加費は10回で計30,000円、外部の人もOKとのこと。
実はこの生物統計コース、4年前くらいに受講したのですが、当時は統計なぞチンプンカンプンでほとんど吸収できずに終わってしまいました。
また、ここの「プライマリケアのための臨床研究者育成プログラム」が立ち上がったとき初回のワークショップに参加したことがあります。藤沼先生の講義が熱いことになっていました。確かこちらのプログラムは学位授与も可とのこと、興味がある方には是非おすすめします。

第四回世界創傷治癒学会（WUWHS 2012）

4th Congress of the World Union of Wound Healing Societies（WUWHS 2012）第四回世界創傷治癒学会が2012/9/2-6横浜で開催予定とのこと。
